I was having trouble doing this too, setup from the cd just created the zip file with the post code data in it, and didnt create an empty tomtom folder at the root of the sd card.

there is a tomtom folder with data in it when i click on my device, with a couple of bmp files and a wav file in it though. Seems strange that the installer wouldnt do everything properly. All in all im pretty unimpressed with the TomTom setup instructions and procedures...

Its only thanks to some of the above posters that i've finally got it working!
