My TomTom One does exactly the same.

The testers often criticise other systems for this habit and equally often refer to TomTom being better than others in this respect - RUBBISH.

I feel that they are not being objective - TomTom systems have the annoying habit of telling you to u-turn as much as any other.

Try ignoring it -they eventually get it right.
