If your phone is still under warranty, get the firmware updated to the latest version v5.5 for free, and you will have all the features working.

This is what I did as mines was previously running v4.44 and I didnt have the phonebook contacts integration working.

Check what version of firmware by pressing *#000#

mines says
v 2.04.15
04-03-05
rm-36
whatever all that means

Yep, Im afraid that what is required, I had to do the same, and swapped back to an older handset for the 24 hours while it was gone.

Have you all not got another handset?

Hi there, I'm a newbie...
I've upgraded my tomtom 500 to the latest version 5.420 and people stop hearing me loud and clear, they all said they couldn't hear me properly anymore. As anybody had this problem yet?
I then reverted back to versio 5.410 and solved that problem.
Now I'm after upgrading my Nokia 6230i to a Sony Ericsson K750i and it looks like it needs 5.420 to work, am i right.
Please advise anybody, before i go and upgrade my phone.
thanks.
