i rang carphone warehouse they would do a firmware update for me if phone is no older than a year, they wanted me to take it in and leave it with them till saturday .
i says no i need the phone due to work.

Yep, Im afraid that what is required, I had to do the same, and swapped back to an older handset for the 24 hours while it was gone.
Have you all not got another handset? |

I just got a Go 700 yesterday, but also only manage to download my SE K750i phone book and do sms, all calls were silent, so a bit dissapointed. I seem to have sloved my problems with a download of the lastest Tom Tom software and happerly now talking and being heard

Hi there, I'm a newbie...
I've upgraded my tomtom 500 to the latest version 5.420 and people stop hearing me loud and clear, they all said they couldn't hear me properly anymore. As anybody had this problem yet?
I then reverted back to versio 5.410 and solved that problem.
Now I'm after upgrading my Nokia 6230i to a Sony Ericsson K750i and it looks like it needs 5.420 to work, am i right.
Please advise anybody, before i go and upgrade my phone.
