It means there is often a camera van in that location. The camera files are updated once per month. I think it would be asking rather a lot for them to track the movement of camera vans in real time - you'd need updates every hour!

yeh i guessed that was the case from what ive looked at mobile wise its pretty dam accurate too nice one chaps
so i just redownload and re install it on the tomtom every month to keep it up to date?

Yes. But you only need to copy the new .ov2 files - the .bmp files don't change.
