i have. did it bout 10 days ago. It was them who told me what captured meant. Weird thing was they wanted to see a copy of my bank statement showing the transaction had been deducted. I have no idea why they had no copy of the transaction.

if you should them proof, i would have thought they should have them dispatched your order, or said sorry, it was an error and given you your money back until they could dispatch

Its a naff way of doing business ill be honest with you. To be honest the way they treat their customers they deserve to suffer the amount of piracy that they get, and if i dont receive my upgrade by the time i agreed to wait (5 weeks) i will insist on a refund and then just wait for the upgrade to become available else where so to speak. 2 weeks and counting!!
