At the connector is quite small at the rear, I would advise supporting the antenner flap whlie gently pulling on the MMCX. As you can see, the fitting is quite small at the rear of the Navman Unit, try to pull out straight rather than from an angle and you should not have any problem. They should be able to withstand the the constant connections.
