I don't like using home but to make this easy if you connect your device and open up Home and go to show contents of my go then where ir says safty cameras there should be a 1 next to it. Can you check this.

What i was going to suggest is after trying what i said above with Home and the cameras are not there then go to Add Maps, Voices etc then items on my computer and see if they are there, if so then simply press add to device and it will copy the files across for you.

The one thing no-one remembered to ask was what model TomTom you have, and from what you've just said, it looks like it's a One Third Edition?

The first point is that you don't get a "Plus Services" menu on this device when running Navcore 7. See the chart HERE for a list of most of the things missing on this model.

Did you update the software on the device itself, and is that when the speed cams disappeared, rather than when you updated Home?

To be honest, there are so many things that work differently (or not at all) on this model, that anyone who has a different model will find it difficult to know what is going on.
I think you are going to have to spell it out really clearly (with pics like you've done here) to TomTom support, and see if they can come up with what's going on.

Couple of warnings about TomTom Home 2. First, I have had great difficulty downloading the Mac version, which despite what it says on the site, turns out to be 1.5 not 2! I got the proper version from Version Tracker.

Second, it does not recognise 'my device' - a Palm Treo 650.

Third, after a few emails to TomTom (fast response I have to say) they have come clean and said the new maps are not available for the Palm or anything else running Navigator 6 and there are no plans to introduce Navigator 7 which would enable the new maps to work (they are version 7, it seems).

This despite TT's website selling GPS packages for Palm and other smartphones that use Nav 6. In effect, these are a bit of a con since you won't be able to update to the latest maps or software. Seems sharp practice to me. Anyone else had similar experiences or have I got this all wrong?!

I think you have to omit the "l". Very Happy
