First of all who's Speed Camera Database are you trying to update? PGPSW or TomToms?
Secondly any error messages or description of what exactly does happen? |

Sounds like a corrupt download that's got "stuck".
Try deleting any speed cam files on the PC that are in Home's download cache.
Normally that's
C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\TomTom\HOME\Downloads\complete\safetycamera (if Windows XP) or
C:\Users\username\Documents\TomTom\HOME\Downloads\complete\safetycamera (if Windows 7/VISTA)
They will be inside lots of folders for various countries. It's safe to delete the folders too.
Then re-download a fresh version using Home. _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |
