I have downloaded the relevant files to my memory stick, and when I insert it into the usb of the nissan connect system, I get a message saying the the format of my device is not supported, therefore I cannot down load the database. What am I doing wrong

Hi and welcome!
first of all, are you following the instructions HERE?
Next, if you click on the Search button near the top of this page, type "Nissan Connect" in to the box and select "Search for all terms", you'll find about 25 previous topics, one of those might help.

Does it matter how the USB stick is formatted. FAT16 or FAT32???
Sort of a rhetorical question as far as I'm concerned, but it may make a difference |
