Hi Eric, I think we need a whole lot more information in order to help....
Can you explain EXACTLY what steps you take, what computer and operating system you have, what version of the download you are trying to get, what sat-nav it is intended for and whether you are following the instructions found on the download page (see the right hand column in the big green and yellow compatibility chart).
It may seem like you are writing too much, but remember we can't see what you're doing, all we have to go on is what you tell us.
Also explain what you mean by a blank page after downloading. Once the archive of the files has downloaded you should find it in the place you normally download to (on Windows you can right click on the download box and specify where you want it saved), it doesn't matter where you save it so long as you can find it!
Once you've found it, you need to open the archive (on Windows that's right click and 'extract all', then copy the files onto your sat nav.
I can't be more specific without all the details I mention above.
EDIT!!!!
Your mention of "blank page" rang bells when I went to another section of the forum and saw THIS TOPIC (click on the text to see it).
Looks like there was a problem with Windows7 which has now been solved. |

That sounds right, but I'm afraid I'm not a Garmin user, so it would be best if someone else can confirm what you should be seeing. |
