My TomTom940 just received a message from Live Services, I can read the subject line that my Live Services will expire in 2 days which is worrying as I have just purchased 12 months worth.
When I try to open the message, it says connecting to the server then comes back with we are "unable to process your request at the moment".
Anyone else had this message or problem opening it? _________________ Drivelux |

I'll go check mine, but I wonder if this is related to the device expiring early? Perhaps the message then gets sent at the "proper" time? |

Okay, well, I have the two messages, a 2-day warning and an expired notice, but no idea when they came in. If I tap on a message that came from the phone, I get to see it all in a new display. If I tap on the Live services message to read all the text, it connects immediately to TomTom and offers to renew on a monthly renewal (though it does know I'm subscribed). So I can't actually see the full message text to review it, or when it came in, or anything.
But no new messages since those a while ago. |

Another message today telling me that my Live Services have expired, I click on the message which takes me to the server which then tells me my live services are active but can be extended if I want.
How do I easily delete the messages? I can do it by editing files on the device but there must be an easier way. _________________ Drivelux |
