From the instructions here
Quote: | Note: Newer versions of the software, by default, ask for 'Files of type: CSV Files (*.csv)' You might have to put *.* or *.asc and press 'Open' in the File Name window in order to show the asc files. |

I assume you havve a NAVMAN?
And that you mean '.asc'?
If you read the instructions HERE there is some text in red that says:
Quote: | Note: Newer versions of the software, by default, ask for 'Files of type: CSV Files (*.csv)' You might have to put *.* or *.asc and press 'Open' in the File Name window in order to show the asc files.

That should get you sorted.
Incidently, for future info, POIEdit will convert between all popular file formats. (http://www.poiedit.com/) |

you can also simply change the file extension from csv to asc as they are essentially the same format
