|
|
Hi there peeps
I have tried looking through the forums here, but they are such a mess it is almost impossible to find the info I need.
OK I have downloaded the UK POI's from PGPS world, stored them in the downloads folder, but the POI's don't show up in TT Home update section. The other POI's I have installed are there and showing on the screen.
Is it somehting I am missing here? Any help would be nice as when I serch for a pharmacy it says the nearest one is about 150 miles away....When I'm standing right outside one.
Many Thanks
Chris |

You need to copy and past the POI files into the map folder on the device using Windows Explorer - TT Home isn't capable of supporting the POI download from this site, once the files are on the device then Home will see them - Mike |

This Page should help you with the missing Doctors and Chemists, it won't be 100% accurate after the installation but it will improve matters - Mike |

It's always good to get people in the right frame of mind to help by telling them the place is a mess! |

In which case, try using the 'Search' button before berating a free service _________________ Darren Griffin |

I spent 3 hours looking unsuccessfully through unrelated posts before I made my own post. I'm not berating the service. It's not my intention to annoy or belittle anyone. |

Fair enough, but you will ALWAYS get an answer if you ask. It was just the manner that riled us.
Glad to see you're all sorted now _________________ Darren Griffin |
