TomTom, Destinator, Copilot, Mapopolis - they all have tracing/recording mechanisms. Mapopolis even gives you the track distance and the start and end time.
The problem is not so much the software. The problem is the user, ie you. How should the program know if your stopping at a gas station is just an innocent break in the journey or if it is the end of one journey and the beginning of another ? You need to do some work as well, and tell the program which is which. For example by starting a new trace at the beginning of a journey you wan to have timed, and by stopping the trace at the end. _________________ Lutz
