Since my One XL was upgraded to ver 7.120, the list of voices has some greyed out - specifically Sean and Kathy (Irish) and Paul and Katrina (New Zealand).
Does anyone know where these can be downloaded from or is this another "extra" that has not been implemented during the upgrade?
Ta

when changing a voice you need to hit the NO button when prompted for "Do you only want to select from voices in the same language (English UK)?
or if the files are missing from your voice folder, have you got them in your original backup folder.
I just looked in my folder and for each voice I have 3 files a vif file, bmp file & a chk file. |

I think this is indeed an error, I have two listings for each of the Irish voices, one of which is greyed out, the one I can select and use was downloaded from the TomTom site some time ago, it would appear the Irish voices have changed name these days see Here for the download page - Mike |

Thanks Shaun and Mike
I've downloaded them and they work. Pity they are not set to use the greyed out options but never mind.
