I have a 13 month old Garmin SP i3. I'm a Mac user, and Garmin now support Mac. I have downloaded the necessary POI Loader and on 3 occasions have tried to download the latest safety camera POI database using Safari. The zip file downloads but will not open, and shortening the name makes no difference.
I then discover that Safari won't work with your database, so I try the Mac latest version of Firefox, but when I try to download the latest UK safety camera database, nothing happens.
Can anyone help me resolve the problem ?

PS I'm glad I only chose the £2 monthly option which I've paid 3 times, if I'd chosen the annual option at £19 p.a, I'd now be £57 out of pocket and no further forward.

???
Why have you paid 3 times?
Wouldn't it make sense to ask here first?
There must be other Mac users who can help you.
Alternatively, a search for "Mac Download" in just this section gives 29 hits.
Without looking through them, if I remember correctly, it is usually a firewall or anti-virus issue.
EDIT - or (as Paul B reminds me) a problem with the Mac's un-zipping methods.
