If anyone could help please.
I have tomtom 6 for PPC WM5, and a great piece of software it is at that.
The software itself has A-B ADVANCED planning were you put address into it then it will take you from A-B. But what i am after is after inputting the address, i then for example, delivering packets for a company to different addresses. Start from HOME and the software automatically picks the best order or route for me to deliver the packets and end up back home.
Any advice or questions please ask.
Thanks Ant |

Dont think it can be done,as you say its A to B, i use to find the best way was to use Autoroute to find the best route and print out the route then input the address,s into the PDA contacts and input the next contact at each stage, perhaps a bit longwinded but it worked, must admit I did it when house hunting out of my locality a while back and not ideal for daily multi trips and have not done it lately and perhaps somebody else has found a better way. |

The TomTom unit cannot perform multi-drop route calculations, however Autoroute can, but rather than printing out lists etc transfer the data from Autoroute to the TomTom as an itinerary file - you will need ITNConv to do this, there is a link for the software and some additioanl details on This - or look at using Tyre which allows use of Google Earth, link on same page - Mike |

Hi,
TT6 has an itinerary planning button in the same menu as the advanced planning button you mentioned.
Granted it doesn't optimise the route for you, but you can plan a multidrop journey and then just hit the next item in the list when the previous one is done.
