Hi to all,
I've recently moved on from maps and acquired a gps pda type thing in the form of an mdpna100, I did'nt get the cd part with the pda so i can't link it to my pc, medion don;t seem to be able to help, just wondering if anyone knew where i could buy the software

If you've got the cradle, then just download Active Sync from Microsoft and the PC & PDA should find each other. Alternatively, just use a card reader as this will let you transfer most GPS applications onto the SD card for subsequent installation.
If your cradle is missing, buy the USB comms lead from Medion as this is better (and cheaper) than the cradle. This also charges the PDA's battery, so there's less messing about.
I've seen the MDPNA100 running TomTom 6, Route 66, IGo and Navigon Mobile Navigator 6 so the choice is yours.
I use TT6 on mine as its the best available as far as I'm concerned. The MDPNA 100 is not on TomToms list of supported devices, but I can assure you it works fine. |
