Placed my order Thursday night and paid extra for Saturday delivery and other than some confusion with the RoyalMail* tracking number my parcel arrived safe and sound Saturday morning.

*Word of warning, although my parcel arrived on Saturday, the tracking information said it wouldn't be delivered until Monday. Rubbish tracking on Royalmail could have saved me from sending Easydevices a very irate and annoyed e-mail Friday night.

Easydevices (5 stars) ..... RoyalMail Tracking (0 stars) Laughing

I pre-ordered a 720 from easy devices, they kept me very informed of progress of the order with 5 e-mails. They also despatched very quickly once they had received the units from TomTom, I assume the same day. They also provided a courier tracking number so I was able to confirm that the unit was "on a van for delivery".

Cheers
Paul

Just ordered a 720 from Easy Devices also, whole process smooth, item delivered without problem following day, as above poster says I was kept updated throughout. Very good.

I have bought a number of toys from Easy Devices and cannot fault the service, quick efficient and informative (they even phoned me up on one occasion to clarify details) - I am not too sure they still use Royal Mail, my last two items from them have been delivered by City Link - perhaps that is due to next day delivery though - Mike

We do still use Royal Mail, but in general most deliveries are by courier, especially at the moment with all the strike action recently undertaken by Royal Mail staff.

I too have bought from Easy Devices in the past and I have always found dealing with them to be a very positive experience! Thumbs Up

May I suggest that you make a point of asking your customers whether their local Royal Mail staff are still on strike?

Here in Oxfordshire, especially those of us "served" by the Cowley Sorting Office have to log onto the Oxford Mail website each day to determine if the Royal Mail are on strike that day! Rolling Eyes
