Having used my TomTomOne V2 for a month, I am very impressed by what it can do and how poorly the maker is at telling you this. Here in the states there is an all out high dollar campain on radio promoting thier product but almost no money put in the instructions. What we need is an after market company to come out with a detailed manual on this product. It could even be done as an E-Book. I would be the first to buy one. |

They didn't even bother to edit the ONE manual...they just took the x10 manual and did a find/replace on the model! It tells you that the ONE can do all sorts of things that it can't actually do!
If anything, a wiki of tips/tricks/instructions would probably be better than a "book" to buy. The basics are simple enough, but there are some non-intuitive things that you might not figure out on your own. |

It looks like the manual on the website is updated, so I'll have to go look on the CD at home, but I'm pretty sure it tells you how to hook up the TMC-RDS antenna, as well as how to configure BTh handsfree calling. |
