I recently purchased a TomTom One - Version 2. It came standard with maps of the Benelux - which worked fine. I also purchased a SD-Card with USA/Canada maps but when i insert the card into the TomTom unit, it does not work. It goes stuck on the splash screen (with hands showing) and does not allow me to do anything. Even using reset does not work...
Any idea how this can be solved? Thanks in advance. |

Unfortunately, none of the links on that site address this issue...
Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this type of problem?
Thx. |

Hi Richard,
Thanks for your suggestion.
I've tried that as well but unfortunately - without success.
Very frustrating... |
