If I check for updates on the One using a GPRS connection it reports that theres an update available V6.52 and to use the Home to download it. Unfortunately Home reports there no updates available, any ideas as to where the update maybe. |

Is the update actually on your PC but waiting for you to install it?
If you dock the unit and start TT Home the middle section of the display should list the application is 6,52 listed, (it should be in bold if not installed).
Simply tick the check box adjacent to the 6,52 version then click install

The 6.52 update is already registered with Home as I'd downloaded for my 710. When I select the update and try and install it on the ONE it says its not compatible, even forcing a recheck of updates it does not show any new updates.
What I beleive is happening is the ONE is being recognised as a x10 during the check for updates pocess and therefore the 6.52 is registered as an update. |

In tomtom Home try clicking "Device" followed by "Change Device" and select the one from the list, does this get you any further - Mike |

I have TomTom One v2 Europe, and the 6.52 update worked OK using TomTom Home a couple of weeks ago. I was a little nervous as I needed it the following day for a long journey visiting some towns I didn't know well, so while it was updating I wished I had waited until I got back. TT1 would not start when I unplugged it from the PC, but keeping the reset button pressed in for 30 seconds did the trick
