Hi, i have tomtom 6 up and working on my nokia n80, but when the voice speaks to give instruction the map pointer stops until the voice stops and then the map pointer jumps forward to actual position. Is this delay normal? |

Do you have any other software running at this time? e.g. music player etc.. Have you upgraded to V4 of the firmware?
Mine does not, have this problem, well not that I have noticed, although it seems that it can be about a second behind on your location. _________________ iPhone5, TomTom, Google maps, Navfree, Viewranger and Apple Maps (ekk) |

I've noticed this as well - slight problem when there's a series of instructions and the map stops whilst Jane (or whoever) goes through them all!
I've also had it lock up on me within 45 mins of running - phone reboot was the only solution.
Just running Nokia update to see it that helps...it made my N70/TT5 better (but still locked up after a while). I wait with baited breath! |

Just checked mine and its running 4.0623.0.41, so definately v4.xx and it still does it. Starts to lock up after an hour or so's driving as well, bit of a pain especially as its usually as I approach the fiddly bits soming up to my destination! |
