Hi guys,
I wonder if anyone can tell me if there's a program like Checkpoint, but for symbian operating systems? Had a look but can't find anything .
Looking for my new phone running Tomtom mobile to warn about speed cameras that's all .... can someone help please?
Thanks |

TT Mobile (at least the later versions) does not need a separate warner - it has got one built in. Go to Change settings/Manage POIs/Warn when near. _________________ Peter

Yeah I get that alright but to be honest it's not the best system. It doesn't time the alerts nor pick them up en-route too well if you enable the "Warn if on route" bit ... plus you can change the the damned sounds ..... just wondering if anyone knew of a third party peice of software to handle this?
Thanks for reply. |

You can definitely change the warning sounds, I am using this sites version.
As for the 'warn only when on route' bit, I would not recommend that anyway as some cameras are not set on the road and therefore you would not get the warning.
As for an answer to the original question, No I do not know of an add on software program. _________________ -------------------------------------------------------
