White Screen on Medion 96800

I got the 968000 at the end of May, and just recently, it's started to just have a white screen when I turn it on. It will only then work if I flick the switch at the back off and on. Although when I do that, I lose all my POI-Warner stuff.

Or do I? It doesn't seem to come up when I do that.

Is it a faulty device?

I'm tempted to, although they've obviously sold out and it being only £149 and the fact that I quite like it, I'm tempted to want to fix it first.

I've emailed the medion helpline so I'll see what happens if no one has any other ideas.
