i am not quite sure what happened. i did hove the poi loader installed and the instructions. the csv stands for commer seperated something or other i found that if i deleted the read me files from the download then i was able to just send the pictures which the i3 then recieved and it seems to be working fine. i now have a bog standard unit with a few more poi and the speed camera database installed on it is there any other downloads worth putting on it or settings worth changing to inhance the unit. i would'nt mind changing the voice is this possible. |

thanks have checked it out but as i said i have already installed new poi and the speed camera database. so is there any other little bits and pieces worth instaling and can i change the voice. i have noticed there is alot of the poi missing ie there are 3 mcdonalds within 10 miles of my house or so i know of yet the i3 says the closest is 23 miles away, that for a big mac. i take it that it only knows about the ones registured. |

thanks peeps the i3 seems to be going a goodan now
but
does anyone know how to delete icons of the screen that you can add to poi i have added a couple while playing and they are either in the wrong place or the wrong symbol. it comes up on the screen as eg 001 with a pic if you hold the roller ball down it then gives you the option of delete, change icon or re name if you delete it jumps to 002 then 003 but doesnt delete 001 if you change the icon it puts it on top of the old one marking the map point as eg 006 + 010 i have a house symbol in the middle of a commen used road and it is annoying
please help |
