Hi fellas...

I need a new Sat Nav setup, my vehicle was broken into and my TomTom GPS reciever was stolen and my cradle damaged.....

Is the new TomTom One the way to go....?

I dont need car kit etc (Go 700)

but I do use the POI Speed cam databases provided by PocketGPSworld....

Is the setup etc on the One the same as the GO?

Ive had a loan of my mates Go 700 and cant fault it.......

any help appreciated...

The TTone works in exactly the same way as the other TomToms when it comes to POIs. It's very similar is spec to the TT300 but the satelite lock is much better. I bought one and replaced my Classic and have not regretted it. Read this review

it also has an anti-glare screen which was a major consideration seeing as I will eventually be using it for a summer tourning holiday in the south of france (and I expect there to be a lot of bright sunlight around!)
