left it all day still wont lock onto anything. Put original sd card back and still the same ? any one out their who might have a clue . :x |

Thanks for reply l did have it outside the house for almost a whole day but it would just not lock onto a or any satellites. Tride factory reset pin reset and also put the original tomtom sd card back in still will not lock onto anything just says no valid GPS signal.Please please please anyone have an ansrew on this?? |

hi, no the GPS page shows no signal on any off the satellite chimneys altough their is a cicular item rotating in the top left corner? |

It sounds like a hardware issue. I know the GPS Receiver can go as well as the ribbon connector.
I'm sorry to say it's looking like it'll need to go back for repair. If it's no longer in warranty give SatNav Shop a call. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Had a last thought before contacting SatNav. On 11th of Nov purchased a Re Radiating antenna from gps product code P1394 welll disconnected this from the system and guess what all works perfectly!! Just to confirm to myself it was the antenna l repowered it on and l lost my GPS signal.I can only assume yhe antenna is faulty so am returning to gps |
