I recieved my TTN5 upgrade on the 16th of september and installed it on my Ipaq but didnt activate the free upgrade of TT Traffice till i returned from holiday on the 26th.Today (7/10/05) TT traffic is saying my suscription has expired .In either instance it has'nt been 30 day's ! And when is was working it was a 50% chance of saying server unavailable. Pat Boy,
Any joy with TomTom on this? I have tried e-mailing them and they just replied with a standard reply about error code 2007!
Every time I go for a Traffic Info update I get 'Your Traffic Account expired, visit www.tom.tom.com f...'
I HAVE NEVER EVER USED THIS! I bought TT5 around a month ago and upgraded to 5.1 straight away. I know you said you didn't get 30 days in either event, but I do wonder if the trial starts automatically after product activation of upgrade.
