If you do a 'hard' reset, you'll have to reload the SmartST software and SPs. Navman don't recommend your doing this without the guidance of one of their support guys. _________________ Tim |

THere are various service menus you can get to by powering up while holding the OK button (on an iCN 630 at least). This allows for example cold-starting the GPS which I have found necessary a couple of time when it got stuck in a poor reception state.

You can clear the internal (drive) and external (flash) memory from the Maintenance Menu but as Tim say's, better contact support for guidance unless you know exactly what you are doing. _________________ Ian.
