Does anyone have a method of contacting Ebuyer other than Enotes (7 Day turn around) or the 0845 146 1720 number (just disconnects). They have lost a big order of mine and I cannot contact them on any of the above.

i've used ebuyer for years and always found them good.
but recently, their service has been dreadful.
- lost orders
- late delivery
- out of stock, cancelled orders (then back in stock 2 days later)
and then no customer service.
i'm not sure i'll use them again |

Just to finish this sad saga off:- It is 2 weeks today since the items should have been delivered. The items were lost, no comunication from ebuyer had to deal with City Link myself, result item is now out of stock --- cancelled order.

I agree entirely. Three times my son or I bought an item in their clearance section that was shown in stock (and allocated to us). Three times it was shown as being not in stock the next day in my order, but was still as in stock on their website. So we bought it again, and so it went on.
Can't make my mind up whether incompetent or dishonest (fool or rogue). |

Whilst I agree they are going through a bad patch recently. In the past I've always found ebuyer helpful when problems arise.
I've purchased several hundreds of pounds of equipment from them not to mention 4 Acer N35's recently.
On the last note 2 of the N35's went faulty and going via the RMA (returns) section you quite quickly get a number to return the item.
Now comes the hard bit, getting in touch with them to get the item picked up by the courier ('cos if you read the small print if the item's postage is over £5 (I think) they will come and collect the item from your door).
However, once you've contacted them either one of Marksfish's numbers (cheers mate) the courier collects and returns to ebuyer.
If you want a replacement I've found the whole process from collect to re-delivery takes a week (give or take a day or two).
As stated in another thread they are a place to get cheap equipment (not technical advice) |

Had to put this up.
Received this on Saturday
"Thank you for your contact with our Customer Support Team.
Having looked into this I can see that your order suggests that it has been successfully delivered.
I assume that this issue has now been resolved.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any further comment on this issue."
I haven't I cancelled the order and it has taken this long for them to reply
