|
|
I have copilot 5 and can run a route to Waterford in Southern Ireland on my PC using the place name but not on my XDAII. Yet I can use Latitude and Longitude (taken from my PC) on my XDAII and it runs the route and picks up the map and place names. I have emailed ALK three times but as yet have had no replies. Any ideas would be appreciated as I am going to Ireland on holiday soon.
Thanks in advance

Dave, you need to specify the country as EI rather than UK and this will allow you to do this. |

No such place, correct name is either Republic of Ireland or simply Ireland (as per Article 4 of the Constitution). |

If it's a nice sunny day then make sure you visit Tramore while you're down there. 8) _________________ Gone fishing! |
