Hello All
I recently activated the GB maps on my 4420, and everything as fine. However, the PDA died and was replaced and when I go to activate the maps for my new PDA I get the message :
E00025 Map product key has already been used on a hardware unit other than the one currenltly active.
I get no reply for Navman, and am loathed to shell out on another key. Any ideas how I disassociate the old PDA.
Thanks in advance |

You normally get a couple of attempts as it is expected that you may upgrade/change your PPC.
If your key is not being accepted you will definitely need to speak to technical support.
Try the online support form found on this page click 'e-mail us' top right. Let me know if you get a response.
If you would rather speak to support, telephone 01293 780500 _________________ Ian.
