But as we’re losing ad-revenue from this then why not make a donation towards website running costs?. Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!

I've been trying to contact Fortuna Tech Support for assistance with my locked up ClipOn but have received no response for the last 15 days. I am looking to use the warranty to get it fixed.
I have been using their 'service' email address from the website as it seems the only way to contact them. Despite 3 emails, I have heard nothing so I wonder if I am going wrong and their is a better way to contact them or should I just be patient.....
Any advice or email addresses gratefully received.

I rather thought that having had it since 1st Oct 2004 that I should be checking with the manufacturer but I will contact the retailer.
I have been trying the battery out for progressively longer times it still didn't lock or offer SPP Bluetooth Slave after 24 hours. The advise here seemed to suggest this after much reading on the forum. However, I've just put the battery back in after 4 days out so maybe it will get a lock.
I've just deleted the next paragraph as my ClipOn is sat on the window sill beaming Blue-Green-Orange LEDs at me!
IT'S WORKING and paired straight away with my iPaq hx4700. I'll try it with my SP3i & MPx220 later.
I'm one happy guy, thanks for nudging me to try it one more time. :D
