|

Hi,
I'm off to the USA in June, hopefully with my Mio 168 & TT3. Can anyone confirm that the UK cigarette lighter adapter will work in USA hire cars, or do I need to buy a different one?
Thanks a lot. |

The cigarette lighter adapter will work in the US cars, too. No worries. _________________ Lutz

I'm sure I read somewhere on this forum that although the cigarette lighters in the US all work the same, some of the larger type vehicles use a different voltage than our 12v ?

Not in standard cars. You probably read about RVs or trucks - those may have 24V circuits, but it's not too common. _________________ Lutz
