TomTom Go keeps re-booting

Hi,

First time post...

As anyone had the same problem as me?

Every so often my TTGO will reboot itself for no reaon at all.

When it as finally rebooted it continues on the same route but can be annoying especially if just before a major instruction on a motorway.

Hope you can help

Yes, this seems to have happened to several users. No one is completely sure why and a lot of theories have been put forward.

I had the same problem and it ended up being my SD card at fault. I started the process of getting a RMI from TomTom but bit the bullet and got a £28 Kingston 512Mb card from Amazon.

TomTom has not rebooted since. :D

Thanks for the info Oldboy, seems like i'm not on my own afterall.

d33mb33....Sounds like this could be the case, As it happens I have just brought a dgital camera and need a memory card and thankfully it is SD memory. So if the new card does not sort out my TTG at least it will be ok for the camera.
