Hi,
I just bought a Medion MDPNA100 from Halforms and it's great. Been to Rutland, Worcester and London with ease!
I would like to add Speed Camera POIs but dont know where to start. Can anyone point me in the right direction (excuse the pun)!!!

Hello Kestel
And to the forums.
Most Medion units run a version of Navigon gps software, but I do not know what your version uses, if it is a version of Navigon then you need to install a program called POI-Warner from the following web site, but it may be best to contact them first to make sure that your unit and software are compatible, there is a one off charge of 29 euros for the program last time I looked.

Hi Kestrel,
I bought one last Thursday - bought POI Warner about 2 hours later - invaluable and a bargain at around £21 (29Euro).
To Check your version of Medion Navigator, start it up.
Click on Settings when you get to the main menu (the one with One destination at the top)
Click the right hand arrow at the top 12 times to get to product information. The version will be displayed on the screen. Mine is 4.4 and I am using POI Warner Medion Navigator 4 version with no problems at all.
Hope this helps. Any problems just give us a shout. |
