hi all
Can anyone tell me the voltage needed to run the gps unit direct from the car, thinking of making my own cradle to house it
question is, i dont know what voltage to put on the rear 2 pins, does any know, i guess it will be 5v or 12v
if anyone knows, i would be very thankfully

the cradle needs 5 V, so you can use a cigarette lighter adapter and hardwire that behind the dashboard to get the 12V>5V conversion _________________ Lutz

Do you know where i can get an external antena for the tomtom gps module
cant seem to find one |

Any antenna with a MMCX connector will work. _________________ Lutz
