Hi
I previously posted this in the Speed Camera forum, no replies so I will try here, where I guess I should have put it!!

I (foolishly) installed Checkpoint 3.2 on my Mio 168.
It did not appear tp work, nothing happened when I clicked it in Programs, so I then removed it, except it seems not to have completely removed.
When I installed Checkpoint 2.0, this worked fine. I have not driven on a road with a speed camera yet, but they do appear on the maps in the right places.
My problem is that I have 2 Checkpoint icons in the Start menu, and one in Programs but it is labelled Checkpoint 3.2, this actually runs 2.0.
One of the icons in Start menu runs normally. The other doesn't.
Any way I can fix this without starting all over?
I can live with it, but I need to make sure I click the correct icon
Leigh

Hi
My Mio 168 behaves in a similar fashion to yours. I now have 3 Checkpoint 2 icons on the screen and can't remove them. Remove programs will not remove Checkpoint either. I was going to try Checkpoint 3 since other users were reporting some success! Resettint the Mio worked once but will not work again. I shall have reset the whole thing by switching off the battery.

Using Explorer on the PDA browse to Windows | Start menu | Programs .

Here you will see the superfluous icons which can be deleted.

Hi Darren
Many thanks for info on deleting shortcuts I found them, by accident, while browsing.
I think I shall give up on Checkpoint I have tried v2.02 and v3.2 but neither will run. I can see the cameras etc on the Nav 3 maps so I shall make do with this for now.
Regards Bob (Lo'bro')
