Hi All
im running tt3 but with the tt Go map of the UK. this map has the M6 toll road but tt3 seams not to consider it a valid road when calculatinog a Route. i thought 'AhAh' it will avoid toll roads in the same way it can avoid the London congestion charge, but there is no option in the settings for this.
Has anybody else found this with toll roads and TT3 (there must be other toll roads in the UK)
Regards

TTN3 has no concept of toll roads. The Congestion Charge was as artificial plug.
The maps as of v4 do contain information on tolls, and TTN 5 finally uses this information . _________________ Lutz

So how / when / where can we get map updates to show the M6 toll?
In Lincoln today, noticed that new bypass is still open field according to TT, and numerous new roundabouts. Beware if going that way, more speed cameras than people in that part of the world! |

My TT3 (V3.03 (427)) used the M6 toll on a TT GO map of Great Britain (theoretically of course ) |

Did TT3 actually calculate a route usining the m6 toll or did tt3 just display you driving along it?

TTN3 (or more precisely the v3 maps) had no M6 and would take you through open field if you drove the M6. A planned route would use other roads. _________________ Lutz

Yes, TT3 used the UK GO map to plan a route Liverpool to London which used the M6 toll. |
