Has anybody tried TomTom (version 3.07) BT GPS with the new T-Mobile MDA Compact, it is also known as the i-mate jam made by HTC. The device is basically a phone based pda, it runs Windows Mobile 2003 second addition
Thanks |

yes! I've had the MDA compact for a couple of weeks now and I've had the TomTom BT GPS for a week - it works great.
of course the screen is smaller than most pocket pc's but you get used to that pretty easily
I'm also trying TomTom Traffic with it which is reasonably good - a bit of a mixed experience with it tbh but it's not bad |

Thanks for the information, what do you think of the Compact, as a phone and PDA ? |

I'm very pleased with it. It's the first pocket pc phone I've had but not the first pocket pc. I've been put off by the size of most pocket pc phones but this really is phone sized. all in all it's a very nice unit |
