Hi
Does anyone know where i can get TomTom Navigator2 from? Everywhere i try it seems they are out of stock or will 'get them soon'.
Saw some available at TotalPDA but was shocked at the extra costs the put onto the item which apparently was selling for £199. I dont mind buying from them if they turn out to be the cheapest around but am a little sceptical!! Anyone help me? _________________ Boroboy

Try Global Positioning Systems - there price works out the same as TotalPDA but at least they only charge an extra £5.75 for nect day delivery not £15!!

Ordered my copy of TT2 from "TotalPDA" 4 weeks ago and when the finaly arrived I was promised it the nexy day!! never got it. When I called them they said it would be sent that day for delivery on Wed, guess what? yep never got it!! called them again and they said that they had a staff shortage in dispatch they would look into it and call me back within 30 mins, 5 hours later still no call so again I called them and they told me that it was being dipatched that day. Well on the Thursday I still never got it so called them up again and cancelled the order.
I called "Global Positioning Systems" and they had them in stock and it was free delivery as well (Not the £15 that total PDA wanted) and only £6 for next day. I ordered it and paid the £6 for next day even though they told me it would be Tuesday 23rd before delivery due to the easter weekend. Well to my surprise at 07.45 Saturday morning I had a delivery from Parcel Force and it was my TT2. "TotalPDA" well this was only the half of it I had loads more problems with them so would hate to think what the after sales would be like if needed. and for "Global Positioning Systems", excellent service from start to finish!!
I have only had TT2 now for just 2 days and have traveled 2 hundred miles and I love it. My road atlas's have now gone in the bin. Yes it's as it's faults but then what doesn't? I think people are just nit picking, I am sure TomTom will address the faults in due cause but until then I will enjoy enless miles of happy driving thanks to TT2.
