is there any update on the possible release/launch date for the new version of TTN or at the very least new maps of the UK ?
Family' firm are planning on fitting PPC based sat nav to their cars (limos) but I've told them to hold off cos the new maps will be out soon...
I loaned them my Mio168 / TTN3 for a few days and they thaught it was excellent, especially with the ukpostcode add-on, I can't hold them off much longer
thanks _________________ SW

You can probably expect an announcement sometime this month. When the software will actually be available is another matter |

How much was the TT2 to TT3 upgrade?
I got mine free as I bought mine after their cut off date?
I am considering switching (possibly to ALK CoPilot) as the lack of US maps for TT3 is a pain and I find TT really unresponsive.
All depends on the prices I guess, as when they upgarde TT I guess I will be able to buy their US maps?

Hi Bruce,
Actually there are US (and Canadian) maps for TTN3. I have a set and used them successfully in New England last December. You can find them on the TomTom website from where you can order them direct in Europe.
