Sorry to come back on this but my post yesterday about Pocket GPS/Safety cameras elicited a reply from you advising to install CheckPoint v2.02.
I've downloaded the software as well as the safety camera files and transferred them to my Dell Axim through Active sync. Unfortunately Checkpoint won't run.
From the 'installing pocket GPS safety camera database' on your page http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/uksafetycameras-checkpoint.php
I can only carry out only items 1 and 2. On the third item I only have five choices:
None
1. Start Menu
2. Contacts
3. Calendar
4. Notes
I opted for 1. Start Menu
The other items on the list 4 thru 12 aren't there.
I'm no longer able to get into Checkpoint because when I try to launch it from the 'Start' menu, Navigator starts.
Do I need to try and un-install it through Activesync and start again?
I would very much appreciate your help on this.
Thanks

Start CheckPOInt, which starts Navigator. Choose anything other than the Navigator screen. Tap Start, Today - the CheckPOInt icon will be at the bottom of the Today screen. You can then tap on the CheckPOInt icon to get to the menu.

hanks David,
I've made real progress and I've got as far as Recording POI's. I assigned 'Calendar' in the General Settings but can't access any of the screenshots by selecting Calendar on my pda. How do I get to these to finish off the installation process?
Thanks

POI recording works when you're in the Navigator screen. If you press the button you've chosen to record a POI, it's recorded in the CheckPOInt.ov2 file (assuming you installed CheckPOInt 2.0.2 from our downloads area).
You can manipulate CheckPOInt.ov2 in TomTom Navigator, also you can send the file with details of new or changed cameras to cameras(at)pocketgpsworld(dot)com
Does that answer the question?

Sorry Dave, maybe I'm missing something here.
In the review by Dave Burrows at http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/checkpoint.php, the section 'Recording POI's shows 3 screens, the third listing the locations of camera's. Should I be able to see a lsit of all camera's when Checkpoint and the SC database has been installed or are these ones that show if I've added them myself? At the moment the POI section of Navigator and the 'Recorded POI' section of Checkpoint is empty.
Thanks again for your continued help with this.

You only see cameras there that you've recorded yourself - not cameras in the rest of the POI files.
If you want to see the contents of other POI files, the easiest thing to do is open them in POIEdit on your PC.
