I can't get the TT nav 3 to recognise my Dconnex, I have chosen NMEA 0183v2 Bluetooth and Bluetooth Serial Port COM5, yet nothing happens?
The Dconnex is paired and I can see it.
Any suggestions greatly received.
Many thanks!

Make sure you've upgraded to Navigator 3.07 and GPS 3.07. GPS versions prior to 3.07 will not work with Bluetooth GPSes on the hx4700.
Recent Navigator 3 packs have an "update CD" in the box that contains 3.07 - otherwise you can download it from the support area of the TomTom web site.
I suggest removing both Navigator and GPS fully before upgrading. To remove GPS, turn off Bluetooth, soft reset, Start Menu, Settings, System tab, Remove Programs, tap on TomTom ~ GPS and tap Remove. You'll almost certainly be asked to press OK for a soft reset. Repeat - it may take 2 or 3 goes before TomTom ~ GPS disappears from the list. Remove TomTom Navigator, then install version Navigator 3.07 and GPS 3.07.
That should be the end of the problem.
