On a different note, please could you remove the picture from your signature? Although it's a very nice car, it's a bit big and may cause problems with the page width on some people's PCs. Thumbs Up

Wouldn,t say i,m not tottally happy with them just.........there after sales.One guy has no idea about the product and the other guy does but if he,s out or sick it all grinds to a halt !!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the support given to you, if i recall correctly i had several conversations with you on the telephone in order to help you with the installation of your purchase.

I wouldn't expect a sales person to be able to supply you with the comprehensive technical support you required and i wouldn't ask them to do so.

I feel that you have posted the above slanderous comments in haste, and that it would have been more more productive by bringing your complaints to our attention instead of posting on a public forum.

I hope that you are now happy with the system and if you have any future problems please feel free to contact me.

Watchout tactile,

According to Paul Cartwright you have been warned, good job this chap does not own a restaurant, just think of all those comments made in news papers and magazines about them, do they all start suing them for passing a personal comment on what they find, i don't think so.

Copy to 'my' personal memo, do not buy from that company.

Strikes me that yon Cartwright fella shot himself (and the company) in the foot somewhat by his use of the word "Slanderous" - makes him look and sound rather petulant to say the least.

Slander is the spoken word by the way, not, as in this case, the written word, which if it was as such, would be Libellous. However the original poster said quite clearly that he was only not totally happy with their support and nothing worse. Mr Cartwright it would seem to me, (and I am by no means and expert so this is just my personal opinion) would be the more libellous of the 2 posters by his response.

I'm with Mypads - will make a mental note about this company, purley on their response to the original comment.

Handbags at 10 paces really isn't it?
