Anyone know if it is possible to use the UK version of the voices in the US? I really found the british female much more soothing for TomTom with my hacky PocketPC GPS setup...

You can certainly do that but you have to be aware that there are subtle differences.
Motorway <> Highway
Petrol Station <> Gas Station
Roundabout <> Huh, what? (Rotary, traffic circle)

I installed the UK female voice (Jane) on my US version and it works perfectly. (TT2, ipaq 3950).
Much more sophisticated and sexy. |
