I've just noticed that on the TomTom website in the support section FAQ, it mentions TOMTOM NAVIGATOR 2 Version 2.0 (324). My version (in the about box on the PPC) shows as Tom Tom Navigator 2.00 (323).
Does everyone here have version 2.00(323)?

Yes 323 - and no problems so far other than can't always save favourites. _________________ If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice. |

Aha! So perhaps those of us with Navitator1 who are entitled to a free copy of Navigator2 should wait until towards the end of the 60 day period before we order Nav 2? Perhaps the later issues will have been patched . . if that is the right terminology. Rats! I had just decided to send off for Nav 2 today! We have the 'dream ticket' of iPaq 3950 and the Socket Bluetooth GPS Receiver which seems dooooooomed not to work!!!! Buffy :0)

Hi there,
I have v323 and no problems on my setup. No lockups, favourites work as they are supposed, and both views function as expected.
Regards,

Could be a typo on the TomTom web site then.

I have emailed TomTom asking them about the version number. It will be a miracle if I get a reply, as I have had no response for months now. I have even sent them a new POI overlay and had no response.
I think that the company name should be changed to Tom. It must be a one man band - if he is programming then there is no chance of a reply to an email. If he is making tea, for himself of course, then everything stops.
As you can tell I am fed up with waiting!
