|
|
Hi,
I have used TT3 for over 6 months without any problem using the Globalsat 308 bluetooth GPS.
A few day's ago I started the programme selected the GPS but then TT would not open. I have drained the battery and re-charged the GPS and also deleted and re-instated the TT software a number of times but still no maps. |

What does it say "No maps found" or just sits there doing nothing?
By the way, your GPS receiver has no part in this problem... _________________ Lutz

You see the words TomTom in the heading bar as it is about to open then it just sits there showing the today screen. |

And if you do a soft reset and try again you get the same result? _________________ Lutz

Yes... I have tried a soft reset a number of times, I hope I don't need to hard reset. |

maybe one of the config files got corrupted (those don't get deleted when you uninstall TomTom). Have you tried removing the config files? _________________ Lutz
