Anyone recommend a mount to be used with the windscreen or dashboard, for a hx2750? Everywhere I look there are no cradles made for this model and I ideally wanted one that I can just slip the ipaq into so that it will charge.
Also, do I need a cradle with speakers to be able to hear the audio from TomTom Navigator 3?
Please can somebody recommend the best solution for me?
Thanks.. |

So it's fair to say that there's no need for a cradle with a speaker built in? I assume the speaker on the hx2750 is loud enough.
Also, what else do I need to connect the Brodit passive holder to my windscreen or dashboard? If it helps I have a Ford fiesta (new shape). |

I don't know how loud the speaker on those units is so couldn't say.
To mount the Brodit cradle you will need a Brodit ProClip, these are car specific, look up your model on www.brodit.com to see what clips are available, they clip around trim etc so no holes need to be drilled and then contact Handnav who are the UK Retailers of Brodit.
If you look here you can see a range of Brodit ProClips and mounts in-situ in my Discovery. _________________ Darren Griffin |

The mount for my car is on the left of the centre console, which I think would be too low. I can't see a way of getting it to mount up higher really with that mount kit, is there an alternative for mounting it on the top of the dash or to the windscreen without the Brodit proclip? |
